PA-TAPE is suitable for sealing joints and seams of external insulation materials in central air-conditioning duct systems; and repairing damage to external insulation materials on roofs and walls of steel structures. PA-TAPE is made of 26 micron high-strength aluminium foil base material, coated with high-performance acrylic oil glue, and protected by white light-peel release paper.

The Anti-Condensation treatment named “Sweatless FiberCoat micro-Fibers” (MODEL: PA-ANTICON) that Proflex (S) Aire Pte Ltd bring into Singapore market is a technique that is being widely used in both Hong Kong and Macau market in all various type of industries which included Healthcare, Hotel, commercial and F&B since Year 2017.
PA-ANTI CON is an anti-condensation treatment done on the surface of the grilles and diffuser by applying a layer of Sweatless Fibre Coat (Nylon 66) and secured with the use of electrostatic flocking technology.
After anti-condensation treatment on the surface, the chance of condensation will be dramatically decreased due to the low thermal conductivity property of the Nylon material. In the event of condensation, the Nylon material is able to absorb the water drop due to its water absorption characteristic and will dry up eventually.

This is suitable for a wide range of application such as the external ducting insulation of air-conditioning ductwork, acoustic enclosure in the generator room, area to prevent penetration of vapour barrier and metal roof insulation.

Flexible Ducting (Model: PA-FLEXIBLE) is highly thermally insulated flexible ducting which is designed for ventilation and air-conditioning systems ductwork and to minimize the temperature difference between the air flowing in the duct and the surrounding air. PA-FLEXIBLE inter layer is made of aluminium laminate and reinforced by high tensile spring steel wire and externally with fire rated aluminium foil paper.
The PA-FLEXIBLE is insulated with fiberglass of nominal density between 23kg/m3 to 41 kg/m3 and thickness between 25mm and 50 mm. Standard Length of 10m long for 25mm thick fiberglass & 6m long for 50mm thick fiberglass. Size available from 100mm to 500mm at interval of 50mm.
